cf, you going to call your friend at the State and ask him if he is gonna run a "NCAA contacts Clemson regarding possible violations" story"? that would be great to come out before TR visits this weekend....dirty bastards.
Any word on what SOS has to say to Cooper and the rest of the staff?

this has been a string of bad days....enough to almost make me want to quit following recruiting...but we're like a train wreck, I just can't stay away.

Apparently GG was not reponding to ND texts or phone calls. They were on "ignore." Charlie Weiss and Duane Wages (sp?)...an assistant at RNE HAVE been in contact. Coach Wages set up the meeting with GG and ND. He then convinced Gary and his mother that it would be best to give ND another look...thus the visit.
Now...I've heard the term "bidding war." But not for money...
The above seems to be pretty reliable info...the rest is OPINION ONLY...
I was told the coach was GG's godfather...I am betting that this whole situation has become similar to Mitch Mustain @ Arkansas. If GG goes to ND...look for one of our posters here to follow suit. If not...that means GG told his coach / godfather that he just can't help him out...that'll be hard to do for a 17 year old.

Tony stated we had a 1 in 5 chance to land Travarian. Overnight things changed. He stated today that the odds are in our favor.
You said TR looked like a lost cause as well.
